Clinical Risk Assessment is a vital part of keeping Service Users safe if administered and managed correctly. Training For Care provides training on completion, evaluation and risk management planning in order to ensure that an individual under your care is being safeguarded and that they are receiving the right care, support and treatment.
Train for Care will also provide training on evaluation and audit of clinical risk assessment, and the transfer of assessment information into care / support plans.
